Support winter blanket drive in Mtubatuba

MTUBATUBA Municipality Ward 8 Cllr Mlungisi Mnyango has initiated a drive to keep families warm this winter. Mnyango said the initiative supports shack-dwelling families who are the most vulnerable in his ward.
