Prizes to be won in Empangeni church bazaar competitions

NG Kerk Empangeni is hosting its annual bazaar on Saturday, 2 August at 8 Kerk Street where they will hold two fun competitions:

Miss Denim & Glitz Barbie 2025

• Age categories: 5-9 Missy Barbie, 1-13 Little Miss Barbie, and 14-18 Miss Barbie

• Registration: Saturday, 2 August from 9.30am to 10.30am

• Dress code: Barbie-style denim and glitz

• Start time: 11am sharp (late contestants will be disqualified)

• Entry fee: R100, R60 for pre-registration

• Request an entry form and submit it via email to ngkemp@telkomsa.net by Friday, 1 August

Cupcake competition – prizes to be won

• Entry: Free

• Deadline: Wednesday, 30 July

• Rules: Submit 12 cupcakes – one will be judged, the rest sold at the bazaar to raise funds

• Cupcake entries to be delivered to church before or promptly at 9am on Saturday, 2 August

• Forms can be submitted to ngkemp@telkomsa.net or handed in at the church office (8 Kerk Street, Empangeni) between 8am and 1pm on weekdays
