Training for young entrepreneurs

2 month cellphone repair course aimed at empowering the youth with varied skill sets

The youth and young entrepreneurs in Richards Bay are invited to register for a two month cellular phone repair course offered by AfriSoC Vocational Training Facility (AVTF), an initiative to empower youth through income-generating training.

The course will commence on 1 July at Edupark Building, ZCBF community park in Alton and at Uzalwa Ufumbethe Centre at Crossing, Mzingazi.

It involves hands-on training in cellular phone repair, entrepreneurship and business management skills, conflict resolution and mediation techniques.

Participants will gain a valuable skill set, boost their employability, and can start their own business.

The project is funded by uThungulu Community Foundation. Contact 082 7012483 to reserve a spot.
