uMhlathuze mayor makes court appearance in Richards Bay

City of uMhlathuze Mayor Xolani Ngwezi has arrived at the Richards Bay Magistrate’s Court this (Tuesday) morning to face a charge of crimen injuria.

Mayor Ngwezi, who is supported by uMhlathuze councillors and the city manager, gathered outside the court this morning ahead of the mayor’s expected appearance.
