Vital Aquadene community amenities in disarray

The Aqaudene Community Hall which is awaiting repairs for almost a decade was among issues raised at a public meeting held in Richards Bay

Fed-up with the lack of service delivery in Aquadene and broken promises of upgrading community amenities, angry residents voiced their concerns during a recent public meeting.

The meeting, which was held in a tent in an open public space, was itself condemned by the community, who said it was unacceptable to expect residents to keep attending meetings in a tent when there is a community hall that has been awaiting repairs for almost a decade…
