Police Minister Senzo Mchunu speaks on Commission of Inquiry

Police Minister Senzo Mchunu, who was last week placed on a leave of absence by President Cyril Ramaphosa, says it will be the end of democracy if South Africans allow one person to suspect, investigate, prosecute, and judge all by himself.

Mchunu made these comments during his commemoration of the international Mandela Day repainting activity of Bomvini Creche in Ward 28 of the City of uMhlathuze on Friday.
