Security guards patrolling the N2 rescue truck driver from the clutches of criminals

Security guards attached to taxi associations are often considered rude and heartless, but Mtubatuba Taxi Association’s guards have proven that they are different.

This after they rescued a hapless truck driver from the clutches of criminals on Saturday, who were siphoning diesel from his broken-down rig on the N2.

Speaking exclusively to the ZO, Mtubatuba taxi boss Jabulani Sibiya said he was with security guards patrolling the N2 between Nkodibe and KwaMsane when they were flagged down by the distraught truck driver, desperate for police assistance…
