1. Deep breathing

Try inhaling for four counts, holding for four, exhaling for six. Repeat for a few minutes.

2. 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise

Name 5 things you see, 4 you can feel, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, and 1 you can taste.
