Thrifting for a worthy cause in Empangeni

A successful Saturday saw bounds of support for Butterfly Palliative Home, Empangeni’s ‘The Thrift’ store opening.

The shop sells curated, second-hand clothes and steaming cups of Cultivate Coffee, with a permanent space now at the Children’s Hospice at 1 Eland Crescent.

All proceeds from the store go to the NPO’s young ‘butterflies’ who are provided with end-of-life care.

Trading hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, and Saturdays 8am to 1pm.
