Unannounced water cut irks Empangeni residents while others decry persistent water leaks

Service delivery in Empangeni is once again under fire, with some retirement complex residents complaining about yet another unannounced water cut.

“Unbelievable! Maybe if the department responsible for these ongoing water issues took a look at the leaking pipes that have been wasting water for months at the corner of Biyela and Ukula streets, this might not happen so often,” said one frustrated Leisure Gardens resident on Tuesday…
