Eskom solar change: ‘Cost relief’ for households with rooftop solar

Residents are urged to register solar systems despite Eskom announcing changes to some compliance processes

Residents who have installed Small-Scale Embedded Generation (SSEG) systems, such as rooftop solar panels, are no longer required to have an engineer sign off on their systems.
