Richards Bay SPCA issues urgent food appeal

Call to community to donate food to Richards Bay SPCA in order to feed the animals in their care

After admitting more than 130 dogs into their care this month alone, Richards Bay SPCA has issued an urgent appeal for food donations.

On its Facebook post on Wednesday, the SPCA said after the dogs’ supper that night, there would be no food left.

“We urgently need your help to keep their bowls full!

“You can help by donating dog food directly or making a financial donation so we can buy more food for our animals. Every bit truly helps — no donation is too small!” said the SPCA.
