Mid-morning traffic leading to the Port of Richards Bay was heavily affected owing to a serious collision that occurred on the Medway Road intersection on the John Ross highway on Thursday.

While no serious injuries were reported at the scene, the two-vehicle crash caused major delays for motorists needing to turn into Medway Road towards the port.
