Hluhluwe snake catcher Donald Schultz has been kept busy as snake season sizzles

NORTHERN Zululand has kept one snake catcher busy of late, with no fewer than three mambas – among other species – captured last week.

Donald Schultz, founder of Snake Pharm in Bushlands, captured a 2.2m black mamba in Mkhuze last Saturday, just days after safely removing a green mamba in Hluhluwe, a 2m black mamba in Hlabisa, and a Mozambique spitting cobra the week before.
