Held by THAMSANQA SANELE SHANGE situated at 72 FAREWELL ROAD, EMPANGENI EXTENSION 15, EMPANGENI, KWAZULU-NATAL PROVINCE.
THE PROPERTY IS ZONED:
for residential purposes.
The following information is furnished inre the improvements, though in this respect nothing is guaranteed: 5 BEDROOM HOUSE, 1 KITCHEN, 1 LOUNGE, 1 DINING ROOM, 1 STUDY, 1 OUTBUILDING WITH BRICK WALLS, TILED ROOF AND TILED FLOOR, 1 SWIMMING POOL, FENCED AND ELECTRIC GATE AND PRE-PAID METER.
TERMS:
Ten per cent of the purchase price in cash on the day of the sale, the balance against transfer to be secured by a bank or building society or other acceptable guarantee to be furnished to the Sheriff within 10 days from the date of sale. Should the property be bought by the first bondholder, the cash payment of 10% need not be made.
The purchaser may take possession of the property, the purchaser shall be liable for occupational rental at the rate of 1% of the purchase price per month.
The conditions of sale will lie open for inspection during business hours at the offices of the SHERIFF LOWER UMFOLOZI at 37 UNION STREET EMPANGENI or at execution plaintiff`s attorneys.
