‘Holey’ golf day well attended

Players followed a 4 Ball Better Ball Stableford format over a well manicured course

ANTON Prinsloo (15 handicap) and Kathy de Gasperi (17 handicap) were like two peas in a pod when the pair carded 49 points to win the NG Kerk fund-raiser golf day played at the Richards Bay Country Club on Saturday.

The duo drove, chipped and putted out of their shoes, carding 14 pars between them.

Players followed a 4 Ball Better Ball Stableford format over a well manicured course that assisted with extra bounce on the fairways and great putting conditions.

John Smith and Steve Rivett claimed second spot after carding 43 points, beating the husband and wife combo of Marie and Jimmy Terblanche on a count-out.
