It was a change of ground for the Tsamaya Social Soccer League, when they played their games at Malandela ground, Tsakane on Sunday.
Thembi All Masters and Masimini, who occupy the seventh and eighth position on the log respectively, played their seventh game of the season.
Playing in the dusty ground, Thembi and Masimini tried in vain to break the deadlock and take the lead.
However, by half time the match was still goalless.
After many close attempts of scoring from both sides, it was Masimini’s Vusi Mngomane who opened the scoring.
His lead was extended by teammate Monwabisi Macena, shortly after.
Thembi All Masters were also determined and kept the game alive, with their strikers looking threatening, but failing to land the ball at the back of the net.
Masimini took home the maximum points, with their 2-0 victory against Thembi All Masters.
