Ekurhuleni workers clean Mponeng Park

Tsakane resident Mirriam Sithole says she is delighted that the park was cleaned because the New Years parties held at the park left litter lying around.

Ward Councillor Mtumeleni Ndita says the community loves the area and they use it for a lot of activities so the department must put more bins in the park.

Ndita says the park needs more trees for shade and there should be a paving driveway for cars in the park entrance.

He says he is happy that the park has been cleaned and the community must try keep the area environmentally friendly.
