Matshidiso LSEN School receives school uniforms

The uniforms were handed over at the Royal Oak Country Club in Brakpan on Sunday.

Organisation founder Richard Mogoerane says it is only right that the foundation gives back to the community.

Mogoerane explains the foundation has adopted the school and more will be done in the future.

‘”We hope the donation will motivate the students,” he says.

Chairperson of the school governing body, Ellen Mogale, says the school is honoured to be selected by the foundation.

“It shows they care about the school,” says Mogale.

Deputy principal of the school, Rose Nkosi, is thankful for the donation.

“We are thankful as a school as some of our students are from child-headed households,” she says.

Nkosi says initiatives like these motivate the learners.
