According to the victim’s brother, Lucky Mkhwanzi (47), the woman was driving from her parents home in Geluksdal o her home in Extension five at around 8pm when she was highjacked and murdered.
The victims car was found by the police deserted in an open stand around Tsakane that same night without any sign of the victim.
On Saturday morning the victim was found dead meters away from where the car was abandoned the previous night.
Capt Petros Mabuza of the Tsakane Police Station says a case of kidnapping and murder has been opened and the matter is being investigated.
