The arrest was made on Wednesday, July 15, around 4pm.
KwaThema police spokesman Captain Mandla Phori says the suspect was arrested at her home in Morapedi Street after the police received a tip-off from the community.
According to Phori the police arrived at the scene, searched the suspect’s house and found dagga with a street value of R3000.
The woman was arrested and charged with the possession of dagga. The suspect will appear in the KwaThema Magistrate’s Court soon.
