KwaThema – Police are requesting the help of the community to track down a wanted suspect in connection with a business robbery that took place at KwaThema Crèche last Friday.
It is alleged the suspect followed the complainant from FNB Bank in Springs after she withdrew a large amount of money for KwaThema Crèche where he robbed her at gunpoint of the money.
KwaThema police spokesperson Const Media Khoza says the suspect then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
“The suspect was caught on camera at the bank while he followed the victim.
“The community is warned not to approach or confront the suspect as he may be armed; they must immediately contact the police on the following number, 08600 10 111,” she explains.
