Ekurhuleni dancers invited to enrol for dance lessons
“Dancing teaches you discipline and commitment, which are important to make it in life no matter which field one ventures into."
KwaThema – Professional dancer Penwell Nhlapo is calling on people who are interested in dancing in Ekurhuleni to enrol for dance lessons offered at KwaThema Community Hall.
The dancer opened his dance school, Our Tango Dancing School, two years ago as part of giving back to his community.
Penwell says thanks to his experience of travelling the world and performing on many stages, he knew he would be able to save the lives of young people in his community through dance.

“Dancing teaches you discipline and commitment, which are important to make it in life no matter which field one ventures into.
“Through the years, we have seen young people reaching for their dreams through the school.
“We would like to see more of them venturing in the sport,” he says.
Penwell says even though his main focus is on developing the young, adults are also invited to join the school.
