Duduza – A robbery took place at around 9pm on Thursday at the water reservoir construction site (R550) next to Masechaba.
According to Capt Johanes Ramphora of Springs SAPS, two security guards were on duty.
Three unknown men stormed onto the grounds with firearms and ordered the security guards to lie down.

They were tied with shoe laces.
The suspects then broke the roof of the containers and stole an unknown number of solar panels.
The suspects also helped themselves to the batteries of the trucks, which were on the construction site.
The value of the stolen property is unknown.
