Men encourage others to look after themselves

Ezrom Musima explained that that it is important for men to take care of their mental health, seek assistance and confide in someone they can trust.

Tsakani – Male health workers from Pholosong Hospital embarked on a sporting initiative last Friday to promote men’s health.

The activities on the day included a fun walk and soccer challenge. This saw both men and boys participating.

On the day they underwent medical checks for prostate, high blood pressure, diabetes and other health issues.

Ezrom Musima explained it is important for men to take care of their mental health, seek assistance and confide in someone they can trust.

“This walk is to help encourage men to take a stand and go for their annual health checks to ensure that their health is still in order,” he added.
