Local model to represent Tsakani in Miss Glam SA finals

Miss Glam SA finalist to represent Tsakani.

Tsakani – Chimwemwe Chibisa from Tsakani is a finalist in Miss Glam SA.

Chibisa started modelling in 2018 when she was 16 years old. She won the first Mr and Miss Buhlebemfundo Secondary School pageant.

In the same year, she entered Miss Tsakane Mall and placed in the top five.

Chibisa became the brand ambassador of the Ntombenhle Africa Beauty pageant in 2020, and in 2021 became a modelling coach for the same campaign.

“I joined the competition earlier this year. I made it through as a finalist which is the top 30.

“As a semi-finalist, I donated 110 sanitary pads to Buhlebemfundo and was able to raise R400 through cake sales,” said Chibisa.

Chibisa said she will soon visit local old age and orphanage homes for her charity work.

“Voting lines are open until December 8 and the finals will take place on December 10 at the Blairgowrie Primary School Education Centre.

“Those who would like to vote can go to my Facebook page,” concluded Chibisa.
