Junior teams to compete in tournament in Kwa-Thema
The tournament for the U11 and U13 teams will take place in Kwa-Thema.
Kwathema – Ayoba Consulting and Projects, Ace Auto Scrapyard, and Libra Sports will host a tournament for Kwa-Thema’s U11 and U13 teams in September.
The 16 junior teams will compete in a Heritage Month tournament at Phelang LSN School and Kwa-Thema Combined School.
The Ace Auto Ayoba Academy technical director, Innocent Mayoyo, said the prizes will include 20 gold medals and a trophy for the winners, 20 silver medals and a trophy for the runners-up, and training bibs for both semifinalists.
Individual trophies will be awarded to the goalkeeper of the tournament, team of the tournament, coach of the tournament and the top goalscorer of the tournament.

“Teams will use my SAFA registration for participation and no birth certificates will be allowed and the deadline for affiliation is August 20 at 15:00,” he added.
He said there will be a brief training and coaching for junior players to prepare for the football festival planner and confirmation of teams.
All competing teams will attend a mini workshop on August 27.
The participating coaches from the workshop to the practical football festival will be awarded attendance and participation certificates on the day of the finals.
