Planned power supply interruption in Kwa-Thema
Several areas will be affected by the interruption.
Eskom will conduct emergency maintenance on the electrical components at the Kwa-Thema substation on December 10 from 08:30 to 19:00.
This will necessitate a power outage for customers in the residential areas.
Areas affected include White City, Gugulethu, Interland, Highland, Masimini, Nyanyathu, Vergenoeg, Rest In Peace, College, Hostel and Ext 4.
Eskom advises customers to treat electrical networks as live at all times while work is ongoing.
