Local businessman reaches out to learners in need
Learners start the year with new school uniforms from business.
Langaville- Tshepo Boleke and his wife, Mapallo, visited Langaville Primary School to make a donation on Tuesday.
“Many of the children pass by my home and place of business on their way to school.
“Overtime I noticed that some of them have worn out shoes and pants.
“That is why I chose to buy those items,” explained Boleke.
The businessman then approached the school and asked them to identify learners who needed the items the most.
“The families of these learners support my business, and this is my way of giving back, with the little that I have.”
The school’s principal, Khosi Mahlangu, acknowledge that many of the learners need such support.
She thanked the Bolekes for their contribution.
