Funukukhanya Primary School gets boost from Spur Foundation

Tsakani – Funukukhanya Primary School has received a sponsorship for formal swimming lessons from the Spur Foundation.

The foundation is focused on early childhood development and supports projects and organisations.

The lessons are conducted by the National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI), which also provided participating learners with swimwear as a donation.

For many of the learners, the programme marks their first experience with structured swimming instruction as they are not only learning water safety but also gaining a lifelong skill that can enhance their physical fitness and enjoyment of sports.
