SASSA announces August payment dates for all social grants

The SASSA has released the August 2025 payment schedule for all social grant categories. Beneficiaries should take note of their respective payout dates and make the necessary preparations to avoid delays in receiving their funds.

According to the SASSA, the payment schedule is staggered to reduce congestion and ensure a smooth process at pay points and ATMs across SA.

The official pay dates for August:
• Old age grant: August 5;

• Disability grant: August 6;

• All other grants (including child grants): August 7.
