Verbal Warning crowned 2025 Tsamaya Top 8 champs after dominant 3-1 victory over Tsakane Civil Servants
Verbal Warning sealed their place at the top with a thrilling performance at Tlakula Secondary School, walking away with medals, a trophy, and a celebratory sheep.
Kwa-Thema – On Sunday, Verbal Warning became the Tsamaya Top 8 winners of 2025, and they walked away with a sheep, trophy, and medals.
Verbal Warning thrashed Tsakane Civil Servants 3-1 at Tlakula Secondary School as thrilled soccer lovers watched.
“To be honest, we struggled a lot at the beginning of the year, in the first leg. We had to go out and look for new players for the team. And we found the perfect people,” explained Thabo Masilo from the team.
Verbal Warning were the Tsamaya Social Football League champions of 2022. Masilo said that the players have become a brotherhood more than a team.
“It is our unity that got us to the top, and we really enjoyed every moment,” he added.
Masilo said that the team is planning a celebration where they will enjoy their sheep.
