• Bush Adventures hosts a party bus event that includes a tour from Tsakane to Soweto. 09:00. Call Khotso Mokhethi on 073 327 3413.

• The first annual Ekurhuleni Kasi Bazaar promises fun, business interactions and children’s activities. 10:00 to 17:00 at Crystal Park Primary School in Benoni. Bring your camping chairs and cooler boxes (no bottles permitted).

• Springs Girls’ High School will host its third Christmas market. This year’s event is expected to be bigger and better. Entertainment will include the school choir performing Christmas carols, as well as games and activities for younger children. Interested vendors can rent a stall for R300 by emailing greenelves@springsgirlshigh.co.za

February 21

• Meat World Springs hosts a food market every Saturday from 06:30 to 14:00 and calls on all vendors to apply to participate. Send your name, ID number and the name and a photograph of the food product you wish to sell for consideration to marketing@meatworld.co.za or call 011 815 1494.

• The Springs Farmers’ Market runs every Saturday. Buy fresh, affordable produce, arts and crafts, delicious food and milk. The venue is Den Akker at President’s Park. It runs from 08:00 to 13:00.
