Help find missing Kwa-Thema resident, Leah Mahlangu

Concern mounts in Kwa-Thema after Leah Mahlangu disappeared from her Kapari Street home on November 4. Her family is pleading for any information that might help find her.

Kwa-Thema – The Mahlangu family from Kwa-Thema is pleading with the community to help locate 51-year-old Leah Mahlangu, who has been missing since November 4.

Leah was last seen at their home on Kapari Street. According to family member Nomgcibelo Mahlangu, nothing seemed unusual that day.

“Nothing seemed amiss to me. When I got home around noon, I knew she had bathed because her face cloth was outside on the washing line. I started to worry when she did not return at night,” she explained.

Nomgcibelo said Leah never left home for long periods, and her disappearance has left the family concerned.

When last seen, Leah wore a long cream-white corduroy coat and a black hat (as shown in the photo). A missing person case has been opened with the Kwa-Thema SAPS.

The family is appealing to anyone with information about Leah’s whereabouts or who saw her after November 4 to come forward.

Contact Nomgcibelo on 078 994 9469 or Fikile Mahlangu on 078 344 1477.
