• The A Fitness Team Adventure Hiking Club invites people from Kwatsaduza to join their group hike at the Thaba Echo Hiking Trail. • Mtaito’s Lifestyle in Kwa-Thema will be having a Sundaze where they will be showcasing some of the most prominent artists and DJs in the music industry, and entry is free. The event will start at 12:00 until late. For more information, contact Tevin Simelane on 072 271 5748.
June 6
• Chance Children’s Home will host its AGM at its centre, at the corner of Vlakfontein and Nigel roads, Dunnottar, at 10:00. For more information, contact Amanda De Swart on 072 371 8993.
• The Kwa-Thema Striders AC will host its Chairman’s Run Comrades Send-Off at 07:00 from the clubhouse next to Mtaitos. Participants can choose between a 5km or 15km route as the club sends off its Comrades runners ahead of race day. For more information, contact the club on 068 736 6870.
June 15
• Catch Up Zone in Duduza will be hosting a night market from 14:00 until 02:00, where no alcohol or cocktails are allowed at stalls. For more information about stalls, contact Jabulani Makhubo on 081 266 6475.

July 4
• Zion FC and SA Gospel FC invite the community to their soccer match, which will take place in Tsakane Stadium at 13:00. The event is aimed at promoting youth development, social cohesion, and community unity through sport. For more information, contact Siyabonga Khumalo on 072 781 6730.

• Meat World Springs hosts a food market every Saturday from 06:30 to 14:00 and calls on all vendors to apply to participate. Send your name, ID number and the name and a photograph of the food product you wish to sell for consideration to marketing@meatworld.co.za or call 011 815 1494.
• The Springs Farmers’ Market runs every Saturday. Buy fresh, affordable produce, arts and crafts, delicious food and milk. The venue is Den Akker at President’s Park. It runs from 08:00 to 13:00.
