Criminals nabbed in Ekurhuleni over Easter holidays
Four suspects from Soweto were arrested in Nigel after robbing a shop.

Kwatsaduza – Four hundred and sixty-seven suspects were nabbed for various offences during operations by the police and other law enforcement agencies in Ekurhuleni over the Easter holiday.
Coordinated high-density operations led to some of the arrests.
SAPS Captain Neldah Sekgobela said the suspects were arrested for various offences, including but not limited to murder, burglary, possession of hijacked vehicles, theft general, possession of drugs, malicious damage to property, burglary and theft, attempted murder, sexual assault, public drinking and illegal mining.
“In Nigel, four suspects were nabbed on Saturday at about 17: 30 and a firearm with a Linden case number was recovered from one of the suspect’s possession.
“All four suspects are from Meadowlands in Soweto and were apprehended after committing a robbery at one of the shops,” said Sekgobela.
Three suspects were arrested in Putfontein for stolen copper during a cross-border operation.
