The EMPD Tsakane Precinct officers recovered a reported stolen Toyota Conquest, in Tsakane on Tuesday.
Officers patrolling Thakado Street came across a suspicious-looking blue Toyota Conquest, parked in the middle of the roadway.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Kelebogile Thepa, the EMPD’s spokesperson, the abandoned hatchback, without both registration/number plates was tested.
The revelations were that it was recently reported stolen by the liable owner, in Springs.
All the necessary stakeholders, including fingerprint section from the SAPS, were summoned to the scene.
The recovered vehicle was towed to the police yard, for safekeeping.
