Three players join Ayoba
Five young soccer players will soon be officially joining Ayoba.
The friendly game between Ayoba-Yo Youth Soccer Academy U/113 team and the Endicott team, the Brazilians was not only about winning the game.
Five Brazilian’s players got a chance to be recognized by Ayoba’s management.
After Ayoba won 3-0, five of the Brazilians players went back home with smiles on their faces after they were selected to play for Ayoba.
Xolani Nyuleka, Ayoba’s administrator said the team has chosen the five boys to join the team after realising that they have the talent.
“The boys are tomorrow’s soccer stars and Ayoba wants to polish and let their talent shine to the world,” said Nyuleka.
He said he is confident that the boys will continue to shine in the field and take the team to the higher level.
One of the players who joined Ayoba, Siyabonga Tshili (10) said joining Ayoba is the first step of fulfilling his dream of playing in the Premkier Soccer League.
“Now I know that I have the talent and need to work hard to get to where I want to be,” said excited Siyabonga.
He said a long distance that he will have to travel to KwaThema to meet with the rest of his team-mates will not take his focus away from reaching his goal.
“I will not disappoint my new team management and team-mates but will work towards taking Ayoba to the next level while also paving my way to play professionally,” Siyabonga concluded.
