Jealous Down wins by 3-0
The U/17 Springs Local Football Association (SLFA) game between Valencia and Jealous Down saw Jealous Down winning the game.
The game was played on Sunday at the KwaThema Sports Complex.
The game only became interesting after 20 minutes.
Valencia struggled to defend and attack the opposition until the end of the game.
The first goal of the game was put behind the net by Jealous Down’s Tshepo Mayisela.
Vuyoluhle Nqokweni scored the second goal for the team while the third goal that took away Valencia’s hope of a score during the game was scored by Lorenzo Eckersley.
All the three goals were scored during the first half of the game.
Neither team managed to score in the second half.
Jealous Down’s goalie, Nkosiyethu Thiwane did a great job for his team as he managed to prevent the opposition to score.
