Tsakane soccer tournament rolls out without glitch

Brakpan Local Football Association put together a successful Tsakane Tournament from 15 to 31 December.

Phoko Mokubung, chairman of the association, says that the competition seeks to give boys, in every age category, a platform to shine.

“We were able to give 16 teams something to fight for, and they did.

I hope it encourages others to participate as well.”

The big winners for the day were Amazababa, who took first place in the seniors category.

They won a cash prize of R12 000.

2by2 came in a close second.

The under 17 category was taken by Geluksdal United, with Tjovitjo coming in second place.
