Carnation Living in partnership with Gym Tym hosted its final boot camp for the season at Ndaba Tree on Saturday morning.
KwaThema – In the bid to get in the best shape of their lives, people braved the cold weather to be part of the boot camp finale.
“We are going to take a bit of a break after this, and then we will have a pop-up boot camp.
“Our next season will start in August,” explains Hlulani Baloyi, one of the founders.

The round of boot camps started in March.
