Springs LFA teams fight to move up the log

Valencia FC could not stop their rain of goals against Ace Auto Ayoba when they played to a 5-2 win.

KwaThema – Senior teams in the Springs Local Football League showed off their tackling skills on the field while fighting for the number one spot on the log.

The teams were playing at the KwaThema Sports Complex on Sunday.

Sibiya FC, who are occupying the top of the log with 35 points, played to a 2-1 win against Spring FC who are sitting on position 12 with only seven points in the bag.

Jealous Down FC played to a 0-1 loss against Ampie Vultures FC.

Tornado Lions FC, who are hogging position two on the log, whipped Happy Angels FC 2-0.

Meanwhile, Valencia FC could not stop their rain of goals against Ace Auto Ayoba when they played to a 5-2 win.

Tripple S FC, who are sitting on position three on the log, went on to lash Mighty Falcons FC 4-2.

Sanders United FC played to a 2-2 draw against Nkele Smiling Bees FC who are polishing the bottom of the league.

Reedville United FC could not stop themselves from showing off that hard work in training actually pays off when they lashed KwaThema United FC 5-1.

Teams will be meeting again this Sunday at the KwaThema Sports Complex to fight for the opportunity to collect points and move up the log.
