“A lot of people stopped going to the gyms during level four of the lockdown. And others have been discouraged since last year.
“This is the time to take your fitness back into your hands,” explained Ntsane Masiloane, founder of the programme.

Body Sweat launches bootcamp to get your body ready for summer

He believes that people will not just benefit physically but emotionally.
“Getting out of the house, breathing fresh air and getting your heart pumping will help you to be more positive. The programme incorporates aerobics and drills. We will also play a little sport.”
The events will take every Saturday from August 7 at Bahama Bar from 06:00.
