Fans gearing for the second leg of the MTN8 semi-final

Kwatsaduza – The MTN8 semi-final on Saturday promises to be a clash of the titans with Mamelodi Sundowns taking on the Soweto giants, Orlando Pirates, at Peter Mokaba Stadium.
Local Sundowns fan Mmeselane Ramushu predicts a win of two points to nil when the two teams meet this weekend.
“Pirates failed to collect points during the first leg though they had the home-ground advantage.
“This time we have the home-ground advantage and plan to put it to good use.
“We have also learned from our past mistakes meaning that a win is granted for the Ka Bo Yellow nation,” said Ramushu.
On the other hand, Pirates’ Rangwane Makgabutlane is of the view that his team will win.
“At our last encounter with Sundowns, we ran out of time but gave them a good game.
“There’s no way we are letting them beat us, Pirates will win. This trophy is ours,” said Makgabutlane.
The second leg final will kick off at 15:30.

Fans ready for MTN8 semifinals

Meanwhile, AmaZulu will take on Kaizer Chiefs on Sunday at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
Both teams aggregated a point each, during their first-leg semi-final clash.
Amakhosi supporter Mohlahli Teka Matsepane said his team hasn’t won any league titles in the last seven years and for that reason, they have to win this one.
The fans are also anticipating the Soweto derby between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs, which will take place on October 29 for the DStv Premiership at FNB Stadium.
Matsepane said his team managed to secure six points last season and believes they can do it again.
But not if the buccaneers can help it, according to Makgabutlane, he stands firm that his team has been preparing for this moment for so long.
