Southern Gauteng Badminton Schools League currently on
Tandi Sibeko beat Alberton High two days in a row
Duduza – Southern Gauteng Badminton Schools League games were played at Alberton High School at the Van der Merwe Badminton Hall on Friday and Saturday.
The participating schools were Tandi Sibeko High, NN Ndebele High and the hosting school.
On Friday, Tandi Sibeko beat Alberton High 4-2. On Saturday, Tandi Sibeko beat Alberton High again 4-2.
Alberton thrashed NN Ndebele 5-1.
On Wednesday there will be a local derby between Tandi Sibeko and NN Ndebele at the Duduza Multipurpose Center from 14:00 to 17:00.
The games are coordinated by Samuel Mongala who may be contacted on 073 331 8982/082 228 1792.
Mongala said, “We are trying to bring back sports in schools and hope more learners will join the sport.”
