Auto Ayoba U13s crowned champs

Duduza- The Ace Auto Ayoba U13s were crowned champions of the Mphatlalatsane Winter Tournament on July 15.
The team won 4-2 on penalties against Regal FC at Duduza Stadium.
Minutes into the first half, Regal FC scored their first goal intending to dominate the match.

Speaking to African Reporter, Innocent Mayoyo of the Ace Auto Ayobo Academy, said it was not an easy match because Regal FC was a bigger team.
“It was not an easy game, but we had to push as a team to fight for victory.
“I am proud of the team. This shows the hard work over the season has paid off,” said Mayoyo.

He said those who lost must keep pushing and know they gave their best to become the top runner-up.
Mayoyo said they must support and celebrate the teams which won.
According to him, just a month after opening a training workshop for goalkeepers, he had already produced the goalkeeper of the tournament.
“This shows the programme is effective, and when parents keep supporting their children, I am certain we will have fruitful results,” he said.

U15: 1011 Football Club.
U17: Junior Stars Football Club.
Individual trophies:
Top goal scorer of the tournament: Simphiwe ‘Maestro’ Shabangu.
Goalkeeper of the tournament: Itumeleng ‘Star’ Sitsepu.
Player of the tournament: Nkosinathi ‘China’ Khumalo.
Most enterprising and influential player of the tournament: Nkosinathi ‘Dolo’ Nyambose.
