Kwa-Thema – TP Football Club junior team has been going strong since the beginning of the Springs Local Football League.
The junior team is currently first on the U11 log after having played 11 games. They lost none, won eight and drew on three games.
Coach Tebogo Mdluli said the dedication from the players, commitment and attendance to practises is what makes a good team.
“We urge parents to come through to our games and watch their children excelling in sports.
“We also call on local stakeholders, business owners and the community to assist in growing local football,” he said.
Mdluli concluded by thanking parents who have been coming to see their children play and said that boosts the confidence of the players.
