PCF at bottom of the log

Duduza XI is on a winning streak.

Tsakani – The Build It League resumed on Sunday at the Malandela Ground in Tsakani after a six-week break.

The day saw Duduza XI keep their first position while Bazingeli remained second on the log.

Duduza XI won their last five games and Bazingeli drew their last three. PCF Masters are still at the bottom of the barrel after losing their last two games.

The league only has seven weeks before it ends.

The scores on Sunday:

  • Zethembe 4 – 1 Skomboyz Masters
  • Geluksdal Masters 4 – 0 PCF Masters
  • Wizard 1 – 3 Amabhubezi
  • Duduza XI 2 – 1 Brothers Masters
  • All Nation 2 – 1 Yebo Yes
  • 17 Masters 2 – 2 Bazingeli.

The league will end on November 19, and the top two teams at the end of the season will qualify for the 2024 Gauteng Masters Championships in January.

Duduza XI and Bazingeli stand a better chance of qualifying for the GP Masters should they hold on to their streaks.

The games continue on Sunday at the Ext 1 Ground in Langaville from 09:00, with the last game starting at 14:00.
