Para-athlete selected for regional team
Seshange will be participating in the shotput and javelin events.
Kwa-Thema – A Kwa-Thema Disability Club para-athlete, Refilwe Seshange, has been selected to be part of the Ekurhuleni team which will be playing in the OR Tambo Soncini Social Games.
The games will be played at UJ Soweto Campus on Saturday.
Seshange said she’s proud of herself for qualifying to play for the regional team and she hopes she will make everyone proud and perform well.
She was selected in the U17 for shotput and javelin.
Coach Aubrey Mathibela said he knows for sure that Seshange will do well.
