Local disability club onto final league

Local disability club is a match away from the Gauteng Sports Association for the Physically Disabled (GSAPD) league finals.

Kwa-Thema Disability Club is one match away from qualifying for the nationals after scoring three points on Saturday at the Kwa-Thema Stadium.

The local disability club played in the Gauteng Sports Association for the Physically Disabled (GSAPD) league.

They won by default when the other team did not pitch for the match.

The club coach, Aubrey Mathibela, said the team ended up playing in a friendly match, adding it was well played.

The team’s fate will be decided on Saturday at Germiston Stadium and determine whether they qualify for the

Toyota National Championship in Bloemfontein the following year.

Mathibela thanked Willy Msomi for sponsoring the venue.
